Exchange, Return & Warranty Policies

We try to make returns easy for our customers - please e-mail us if you have any questions. Our Returns/RMA Department can be reached via this RMA form.

IMPORTANT: Do not send any returns to the address at the bottom of our website. You must obtain return instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) documentation from our RMA department before returning any merchandise. Your return needs to be sent to our Warehouse, not our offices, so please obtain authorization first. Any refused or returned package due to incorrect address issues will be charged an automatic 20% restocking fee.

*Any package returned without an RMA form will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Our Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can exchange the unopened product within 30 days for a store credit of the purchase price less shipping fees. Please click here to request the appropriate RMA forms needed to exchange your items. When filling out these forms, please indicate that you are exchanging the product for another item. Make sure you indicate what you are returning, the item that you are exchanging your return for, and its current price on our web site.
For non-defective merchandise or exchanges for different items, an additional shipping charge may be applied to your credit card.

Our Return Policy

Return eligibility is based on the date of the post-mark on the package (when the package was shipped out of our warehouse). Packages returning defective products must be post-makred within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund of item price. Packages must be post-marked within 60 days to be eligible for a refund of purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
Defective products can be returned for a refund of the full purchase price (including shipping).
Should you need to return any unopened product within 30 days from the date of shipment, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Within 30 days of shipment, you can return opened items for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee is assessed if the merchandise is not defective, is ordered by mistake, is simply no longer desired, or is incompatible with your hardware etc. Opened products must be returned with ALL original materials contained in the original package including manuals/instructions, warranty papers, accessories, cords, software, static bags, blister packaging, serial numbers, etc. Opened item returns must also be in like-new condition for resale (unless defective upon arrival). Under no condition will opened software products be eligible for returns.
Any products that are return damaged due to improper handling by customers will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Unlike most stores, we are proud to offer an extended return policy. Should you need to return a product from 31-60 days from the date of delivery, we will allow you to return the product subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Due to manufacturer limitations, we are unable to offer our Lifetime warranty policy on any product containing moving parts like external hard drives, microdrives, etc. Those products carry a 3 year limited warranty.

Our Warranty Policy

We offer a lifetime warranty on all flash memory products sold through FlashMemoryStore.com.
If for some reason you purchase a product from FlashMemoryStore.com and find the product defective within 30 days, you may exchange it for a new one using our return/exchange policy through FlashMemoryStore.com
If you have a problem after 30 days with a product you purchase from FlashMemoryStore.com, manufacturer's warranty will be used to exchange or repair your item. If the manufacturer's warranty has expired or does not exist, the item(s) can only be exchanged for similar merchendise and no credit will be issued. To do so, contact RMA Department .
If the product becomes defective after the manufacturer warranty expires, you may return your product to us in exchange for a similar item.
