RMA Request Form

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send any returns to the address at the bottom of the page.

You must obtain return instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) documentation from our RMA department before returning any merchandise. To recieve instructions fill out the form below or email our RMA Department. Your return needs to be sent to our Warehouse, not our offices, so please obtain authorization first. Any refused or returned package due to incorrect address issues will be charged an automatic 20% restocking fee.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by FlashMemoryStore must accompany all returns, and be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you. After 30 days, all returns can only be exchanged. We recommend that you read through our full RMA and Warranty Policy before requesting an RMA, as RMAs will only be issued for products meeting policy criteria.

Not Receiving our Replies?

If you have tried to email us in the past but you're not receiving a response from us, it's possible our email replies are being blocked by your email client settings or by your internet service provider. This sometimes happens to commercial email even when it's legitimate, like email from our customer support department or automatic order status notification emails. This is especially true if your ISP is Earthlink or Verizon. If you think this is happening to you, consult the help section of your email program and see how to relax or open up the settings that filter or block email that you receive. Or contact your internet service provider for advice on loosening your email filter settings. Once you've done that, email us again and we'll gladly answer your question again. If you still don't receive a reply, email us again and ask us to telephone you.
