This was a very pleasurable experience. The site was easy to use. The item I purchased was on backorder of which they immediately let me know and gave me an option to change brands, cancel the order or wait for the merchandise. This is the second time I have ordered from this company. The prices are great, the product is what they say it is, and the shipping was on-time. I have saved the web site to my favorites.
